TLC continually strives to provide quality medical services to the best of our ability, and hope that you will be satisfied with the care that you have received. However, we appreciate that we might not always get everything right. Please do contact us directly to raise any issues that you may have with our services.

We will acknowledge your complaint within three working days of receipt and initiate a full internal investigation on your behalf. A written explanation will be sent to you within ten working days unless the investigation takes longer, but we will keep you informed.
All formal complaints are discussed at our staff and Board meetings to ensure that we regularly learn from your experiences and improve our services accordingly.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you can ask the Heath Service Ombudsman to independently review your case. We will provide details of the Ombudsman at the end of our complaints process.
