Directors

Nicki Webb. Operations and Finance Director. Nicki is a full time employee of TLC and is responsible for contract management, performance, HR and finance. As a former local practice manager, Nicki has excellent knowledge of local systems and working within the Hampshire Isle of Wight ICB geography. 

Dr Roland Fowler. Medical Director. Roland is a local GP in one of our member practices and is responsible for clinical governance and development. Roland is also clinical lead for the Connecting Care for Children Hubs and the Proactive Care Team.

Both directors are the original founder members of TLC.

Service Manager

Nina has experience as a local deputy practice manager. She supports Nicki with the management functions of TLC and ensures the smooth operation of the enhanced access service and the Connecting Care for Childrens Hubs.

Board Members

Dr Anthony Mah is a local GP, who has clinical leadership for our enhanced access service. He is responsible for ensuring quality within this service and engaging with the staff who work in the service. He is also responsible for adult and child safeguarding, providing leadership on exploitation, capacity and DOLs issues.

The Clinical Directors of Chandlers Ford and Romsey, North Baddesley and Eastleigh PCN's are invited to join the Board and are responsible for ensuring that TLC supports local projects where possible and for linking with clinical colleagues in the PCNs.

NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit is our Data Protection Officer and is responsible for ensuring that TLC remains compliant with GDPR regulations.
